"Pretty good sandals for the price"
I bought a pair of sandals from Khadims and overall, I’m happy with them. The quality seems decent for the price, and it felt like a fair deal. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a good purchase.

"Return and refund has been such a headache"
I returned the item and the pickup was done, but I’m still waiting for my refund. The most frustrating part is contacting support and getting the same copy-paste replies every time instead of a real update. this whole return and refund process has been really disappointing

"Why is the fit so complicated?"
I don’t know why these shoes have to be so complicated, but the fit was just weird. They felt way too tight right away, and after one short walk I ended up with blisters. Definitely not comfortable for me...

In my experience, the sizing was mostly accurate, but it felt just a little tight. Not a dealbreaker for me, but I’d probably consider sizing up if you prefer a looser fit.

"Did I just get a bad pair?"
I’m not sure if I was too rough on them or just unlucky, but the sole started coming off within the first week. I really expected them to hold up longer than that

"Support did get back to me..."
Support did get back to me about my issue, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I waited a while and had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating... They did fix it in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, the response time could definitely be better.
